The purpose of this question is to find out that If you have handled any responsibilities and ready for the next challenges. You should be expected to answer the question in-detail.

5) Comfortable for Night-shift /late working?
Be honest and answer the question If you can really work in the shifts. Answer the question clearly. The purpose behind this question is that If you are prepared for late working hours If required or no.

6) How much salary do you expect?
Give a broad salary range according to the work and your position as per the market standards. Also, get ready for the negotiations.

7) What are your strength and weakness ?
Many candidates are unsure about how to answer this question. However, preparing ahead of time is valuable. The question will give brief about your self-awareness. Better to start with your weakness and give an example. Please make sure your weakness should not be the key(required) skills of the job.

8) Where you can see yourself in next 5 years?
Key answer for this question is to describe your future plans. be passionate about your Goal and your strength.
